If your order has not been shipped, submit a request by emailing to care@jessicawang.co within an hour of placing your order along with the new shipping address, & we’ll do our best to accommodate. As our small team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to guarantee the change. Kindly note once an order has been shipped, we are not able to reroute or make any changes to the order. While we do our best to update orders prior to dispatch, Jessica Wang is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
Once the order is shipped, Jessica Wang is unable to change the address on our end but you can follow the below steps to submit special delivery instructions to the shipping carrier.
DHL US & International
Follow this link here, choose your country and input your waybill (10-digit tracking number). You'll then have the option of changing your delivery.
FedEx US & CAN
You’ll receive an email directly from FedEx with the tracking information once the parcel is scanned into their system. Please follow the 'Manage My Delivery' portal link which allows you to request a pickup from a FedEx pickup point or a vacation hold for a longer period of time!
Canada Post
Canada Post is not able to accommodate any requested changes to shipment once dispatched.
Since we are still a small business located in Knoxville, TN, we currently only ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Canada. Our goal is to bring both unique and universally accessible jewelry to everyone, and it starts with you 😁.
Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order. Afterwards, we will ship it & it should reach you within 5 to 7 business days.
We offer FREE USPS First-Class Mail on all domestic orders within the US & Canada over 50$. You will receive the tracking number by email once we have shipped it out.

Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Jessica Wang. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country. We recommend contacting the courier first to see if the package has been left at a nearby courier office. In some cases, the parcel will be left with a local carrier's office if the recipient is not available for delivery. In most cases, however, the parcel may be misdelivered to a neighbor or nearby address & just needs a little extra time to find its way into the right hands.

Returns & Exchanges
Never mind it happens. If you no longer like the jewerly you bought or where gifted you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for something more you within the first 30 days of purchase as long as its in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

From the day we receive your return parcel, it can take 7-14 business days for our small team to process. Once processed we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

🇺🇸 United States: duties are included in the shipping fee. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
🇨🇦 Canada: A customs form will be filled with the order so all customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Foreign Transaction Fees
Jessica Wang does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Jessica Wang. As we're based out of the United States of America, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" & charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.

Please note Jessica Wang cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. We are a small team so please allow up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return for it to be processed. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email.
1. Credit Card or Debit Visa Card
From the day the return is processed by our team, depending on your bank, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end. Should you have cancelled your credit card or reissued a new one, the amount will be transferred by the bank.
2. Paypal
Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the funds in your bank account.

Gifting
Absolutely! We offer E-Gift Cards which we will email direct to the recipient. Click here and select your preferred value. Please note that E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Please note that Jessica Wang E-Gift Cards can only be used in the currency they were purchased in. To redeem please enter the code in the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' section & then by clicking 'Apply' during checkout.
The value of your E-Gift Card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should a balance be owed, you can use another payment method to complete the order. Kindly note that you can only use (1) one E-Gift card per transaction.
Discreet packaging is not offered at this time so please make sure to only ship to a location you are comfortable with receiving the parcel.

Jewerly Care & Materials
• Put on your jewelry last after you have finished putting on makeup, sunscreen and perfume for better protection.
• Jessica Wang jewlery is fully waterproof however we would still recommend not wearing our jewelry while exercising or swimming.
• Make sure to wipe off any sweat when removing the jewelry & store it in the protective jewlery bag provided or a dry airtight zip bag.
• It is best to remove the jewelry while sleeping & bathing.
• If oxidation occurs, it can be cleaned with silver washing water & using silver cleaning cloth.
*Gold-plated jewelry is not a precious metal, friction, scratches & color fading will occur over a period of time. We use a vacuum electroplating process, our process far exceeds other electroplating processes, so the color retention is excellent. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the medium, exact colors & patterns may vary slightly from our website images shown.

Yes, all our gold plated jewelry uses either 18K gold or 24K gold.
18K Gold Plated
We use 18K gold platting over a titanium steel core. This is a high quality & durable method of producing solid gold like jewelry. Using a titanium core which is physically harder than copper or other mixed metals allows the gold to bond more strongly to the core, creating a highly durable product that has a significantly lower chance of tarnishing, fading or requiring re-plating. Our process allows us to produce beautiful jewelry that is longer lasting, looks & feels like solid gold jewelry, but is a fraction of the price.
24K Gold Plated
We use 24K gold platting over a copper core. This is a high quality & durable method of producing solid gold like jewelry. Using a copper core which is physically softer & more malleable than titanium allows us to create more intricate & elaborate designs while still providing a solid material to allow the gold to bond too. Our process allows us to produce beautiful jewelry that is longer lasting, looks & feels like solid gold jewelry, but is a fraction of the price.
